I’ve always wanted my own Muppet, but my craft skills are a bit lacking. Thankfully, FAO Swartz has come to the the rescue, with their Muppet Whatnot Workshop. You customize your Muppet on their site and for $90 dollars + shipping and handling, it’s all yours.
My only complaint, is there aren’t enough customization options. You can only pick from three body types and colors. Not enough hair and clothing choices as well. But other than that, they look pretty cool.
This what mine would look like if I could afford him!! Oh well, maybe someday I’ll get my own

Only 3 body type and hair colors? GEEZ, that’s not great customization, but I’ll check it out anyway. I made myself a Simpson’s character once (online) and that was a blast.
Man, that’s a great suggestion for a Christmas present. Believe it or not, we’ve pretty well finished our Christmas shopping (my wife starts in, like, January). Ah, but there’s always room for more stuff.
Let’s see — big daddy here can get his dream slot car set and the kids can build their own Muppets.

I only like the Fraggle Rock muppets. It soesn’t sound like the site would accommodate my acquisitive side.
