Got bored!! So I decided to fiddle with the look of my site and update some of the components.
Upgraded to WordPress 2.6.3 and Thesis 1.3.1
I got rid of the old header/logo and replaced it with a new one. The look is inspired by the same images that I use on my business card. I kind of like it, but I still think it can be improved. Maybe I’ll design a better one someday, but for now it will have to do.
Couldn’t decide on a background colour though! After 22 tries, I’ve decided to settle with orange. Gives it kind of a fall look. I was going to use an image, but I had as much luck as picking a colour. I’m open to suggestions with this one. Or if you want to make a background and give it to me, I’ll happily take it. As long as your not looking for financial compensation. I’d be willing to link to your site though 
Flipped the sidebar from the right to the left. Just seeing how it looks, might go back to the old way.
So I’ve tested the site in Firefox and Safari. It looks ok, nothing out of whack. Anybody using a different browser, like Internet Explorer?? If something looks odd, just drop me line in the comment section!

*Updated* I read your various comments about the logo! I tend to forget not everyone has high speed internet or a quick computer. So while the logo loads quickly for me, it doesn’t for everyone. So I’ve temporarily taken it down and I’ll try to have a new one up by this week.
*Update of the previous Update* I’ve redone the logo and made it smaller. I don’t know what your going to think of it. But this is the best I can do!! I lose a bit of the detail, but I still think it conveys what my site is about.

Best look ever. I like it, but switch the sidebar back. It feels wrong.

I like it. I’ve been thinking about a redesign too, but I might wait and shell out the money for a slick professional template like this.

@ Amyt - If your serious about blogging, a professional template can be a lot of fun. Well unless you can design, then the possibilities are endless.

@ Michael - I tried it smaller, but it looks smushed and you lose a lot of the detail. But I may try to do something with it later on!

Looks great! Header loads a bit slowly, however. Other than that, I like the new look, although I had to do a “second take” to make sure I was at your blog…

Wow, that’s some honking big header image. I would make it a little smaller if I were you, but that’s just my opinion. I’d design a header for you but then I might put some purple in it ;).
Otherwise, the colour’s nice and all the white space. I saw the sidebar switched the other day before the other changes so I was already getting used to it. I thought you may have done that on purpose to put those ‘click-through’s’ right there in people’s faces first. I think I prefer them on the other side, but it doesn’t bother me on this side.
I’m using IE7 at the moment and it all works fine. You might want to get somebody’s opinion using IE6 cuz I know one of my other sites is totally screwed in IE6 (I have that at work).
I’ve also upgraded to WP 2.6.3 - thankfully it didn’t break anything.

Bright and cheerful is how i would describe your blog! Your header is a bit on the large size but i think you convey your message very clearly. I am always mucking about with my theme; my goal is to speed up the load time of my blog. Having to make sacrifices on sidebar widgets is painful but these widgets do slow down load time. I have just installed the widget cache plug-in to compliment W.P super cache so i will see if this does the trick.

Looks good. I like the banner. Not sure about the left sidebar. For a background I like having a graduated color for a background. As far as a color scheme goes, this is a cool tool. http://bighugelabs.com/flickr/colors.php It helps generate a palette of colors from a photo.
