So we finally had some decent weather for a change on the weekend. It was sunny and not to hot. But unfortunately I couldn’t go out and enjoy it. I’ve had chronic problems with my feet for awhile now. They’ll get really sore and the only thing I can do is stay off them.
My Feet (The annoying buggers)

So while I was laid up in bed, I decided to catch up with my reading. These are a few of the things that I read. (Yes I finally decided to read the manual for my camera)

So those are the best pictures I could get this weekend. I had really looked forward to getting out and taking pictures around Toronto for the Weekend Snapshot meme. Hopefully with a few days rest and if the weather is good next weekend, I can get some better pictures.
Later…

Hope you feel better. Down time is the perfect chance to catch up on the reading, though!
@ Sandy - Thanks for the comments
Lyndon, it’s looks like you got flat feet, low arch… i’m assuming you already have special shoes? anyway, there’s nothing more energy sapping i believe than sore feet, you should soak your feet!
too bad…. mine is up too!
@ o.d - I have special insoles that I’m suppose to put in, but it doesn’t really do all that much
Tried soaking as well, the only thing that really seems to help is to stay off them for awhile.
@ architect - I’ll be sure to check out your photos as well.
Well, if it makes you feel any better, I could have gone out and didn’t. I may have gone out for some shopping essentials but that was about it except for Saturday night when I went downtown and got some pictures but they were really blurry because I didn’t even think of bringing my tripod with me.
@ jafer - I hate bringing anything extra (eg. tripod) as well. But at least you got some pictures.
Maybe the website name gave it away, LOL. I’m not the foot expert, it’s my BF who is a podiatrist here in California. What the heck could be causing a young person to be laid up, good grief!? They (your feet) do look a little flat; no offense.
Wear your orthotics; I know people who swear by them.
Love your blog -
Kim
@ Kim - Thanks for the advice, yes I’ll try to wear my orthos on a more regular basis.
